Memorial Weekend

I did make it to TKD on Sat.  But the reset of the weekend was a total waste as far as Fitness goes.  Yesterday I did TKD exerise again.  Then to night I running through my Chest exersies.  Trying to get back on track again.

Hey Its been a while since I wrote but I havn’t lost my motivation.  I’ve been hitting the Gym 3 days a week and doing my TKD.  I take my first belt test in 2 weeks.  I’m very excited about it. 

 

Side note I’ve been starting to get people saying my shoulder and chest are getting bigger.  and my cheeks (face) are getting smaller.

Ok i’ve been doing 25 mins on the tredmill at lunch for the last 3 days.  I was going to do that today also but I left my workout shirt at home.  I’ve also been doing my wieghts and TKD all this week.  Its starting to become a happit now.  Which I like.  Also this weekend I’m going to get all my measurements and photes up for more motivation.

Its been a couple of days since I wrote.  But here is what I’ve been up to.  I have gone to the gym on Saturday and worked out my back and biecpts and Also that morning I went to Taekwondo practice.  Then Last night I did my chest and tricept work out.  I didn’t feel like I my normal energy.  But then again I’m trying to quit the caffeen addiction.  So hopefully my energy level will level out.
