Squats
Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008okay so I’ve been really working on my hammies lately..so yea haven’t done squats in a while. Yesterday I hit the squat rack, butt to the floor. Anyway Im at 125 for 8..pretty not good ha. So Im keeping everyone posted on my progress from this point on, mostly to keep pushing my self, but seriousely I plan to make improvements every week, no excuses!!
