BACK! :)
So I feel like it has been forever and I know that I have definitely been slacking in more ways than one but I am back now! It was a crazy semester but it is just about over and I am back into working out and a clean diet all over again
I put on a few pounds over the winter which I think was good for me sicne I didnt get sick for once and I wasnt as freaking cold… but now its just about summer and I want/need to lean out a bit again
When I left off I was at about 15 and now Im like 120 but Im thinking the 110 range looks good… Ill see as I go… I also got a job at my gym at the front desk and then personal training too so ill be there alot which is awesome… and my other job is coaching gymnastics to thankfully I will keep active… Now just gotta work on my cardio because to me cardio=DEATH… anywho thats all for now just saying im back and sooo happy to be back.

Hey, for me cardio=DEATH, too! BORING! I really like riding my bike, though. I can ride endlessly and it is something I genuinely enjoy.
I do HIIT on the tredmill 5 times a week for 20-30 minutes and it bores the heck out of me, so I just try to listen to good music and concentrate on the fact that I’m doing something really good for my body that will help me lean out.
If you’re not preparing for a contest (you haven’t said anything about doing so, so I will assume you’re not), then think of it THIS way… more cardio = MORE FOOD you can EAT!
