Still Learning
I started working out in June in order to put on weight after battling anorexia but I have gotten hooked since then. I go to the gym everyday and normally workout one body part each day with some abs as well. However I’m looking to change up my program or implement some new things but I need some advice… my gym is really small and is the majority of the clients are old people so there isn’t anyone to talk to that I can learn from. If anyone has any advice for me or just wants to talk about their experiences let me know; I’d love someone to talk to!
