Seeing the light
Well, this is a better start then any right. I’m not one for writing blogs that much…but a friend of mine said that it’s a good way of staying motivated for the goal that you want to reach. Last weekend, I hung out with a few of my friends from college (who I talk to on a regular). These are the guys that have had my back through thick and thin and have been on my back about losing weight for the longest. Now must people take what their peers say to heart…because these are the people you interact with the most and highly respect. Well, I’m one of the people. Just so happens that they weren’t poking fun, but talking about my genetics. All I kept hearing was “Dude!!! You have the genetic make up to become rip. You don’t need to add mass…you have it man. When I’m done with you…you’ll be a tank”. I was just in awe. You figured these are bodybuilder…nah they really are…huge and stacked lol…telling me that I have what it takes. I felt inspired and started reading up on what to do better and what can help me perform better in the gym. Some people don’t get the support of other…cause either they hating on you or dieing to see you fail. This was the opposite…they wanted to better myself. So starting now…I’m going hard then ever to reach my goal. And I will be writing blog to update how my process is moving along.
