Gone To Long
So, I took a week off to rest and recovery from my 7 weeks of hardcore training. That was back in August, it is now the end of October, lol. But now im getting back to the gym again. Im not back at 100% intensity, but its slowly getting there again. I changed my workout a little, its still a 5×5 workout but with more compound exercises, thats so my workouts are short and intense. Suprisingly my weight and body fat has stayed the same, but my size has gone down, not to much though. Now my new goal is to gain 5-10 more pounds while keeping my bodyfat the same. My new target weight is 210-215 lbs and below 25% body fat. Im giving myself 8 weeks to achieve this goal, it’ll be my Christmas gift to myself.
