Week Of Rest. Im taking this week of to recover before I start my new workout program. Ive gained alot of strength and some visible size in the last 5 weeks. With my new workout program im hoping to gain more size than strength. Its called DoggCrapp Training or DC Training for short, and you work each muscle group more often while still getting enough recovery time between workouts. Ill be doing this program for about 8 weeks, up until my big weigh in November 1st.
