					<description>I have to tell you, I've done it twice all ready and it's not so bad!  I thought the same thing; on an empty stomach and right after I wake up!?  Once you get into the cardio and get your blood pumping, I guarantee you, you won't even think about your stomach being empty!  Good luck!</description>
