Monday, April 30, 2007 Starting Over
Monday, April 30th, 2007Hey all I finally have a great program for myself and tomorrow I start 7 meals a day and its going to help boost my metabolism and shrink some inches off my waist over the next few months. I start my program in 30 minutes ( a bit late today due to bad printer, couldn’t make copies of my schedule fast enough so I needed ink ) so I can enjoy the next 45 mins to an hour or so, depending on how long it takes me to finish my cardio.
SO yeah I’m pretty much doing all types of cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Tuesdays, Sundays are Arms, Chest, Back, Legs, etc. And Thursday is my off day. I enjoyed this schedule when I was goofing around for about 2 months trying to figure out what worked for me and it was fantastic. I loved it and I dropped a few pounds even though I kind of ate a lot.
Well I am going to go get ready for a great hour.
