Today’s gym session was great, I felt that A M A Z I N G pump every body building nut goes for. I love the feeling. After I lose this extra weight that we all come to know as fat. I am going to aim for competing in the amateur contests.
I am not quite done my exercises, I always finish up my cardiovascular and abdominal exercises at home because I love to blast the music to get amped up. Only a few more dozen sets and 45 minutes on the air bike.
As always;
Never quit,
Stay fit.

So I have just recently started up a brand new workout schedule and it is amazing, the cardio, I can actually stick with and not get tired too fast and not want to do it. I have set up a 20min/45min/30min/60min cardio split for each week of the month and I am going to be doing cardio 4 to 5 times a week based on my split.
I used to get tired fast and I would give up, but I have been going to the gym and getting used to riding the bikes there and I love it. Will talk more of my schedule sometime soon.
Stay fit,

I was starving so I didn’t want to eat anything that I would regret so I decided to make a quick shake. I had NO sweet fruits at all that you usually use for shakes. So I saw a pear and a banana on the counter. I grabbed them and made the shake. Wicked good. In my opinion at least. Here is what I used to make it.
ONE WHOLE banana
ONE WHOLE pear
6-8 ice cubes
1 TBLSPN vanilla extract
1/2 CUP of low fat milk
Once you have all of those ready, you peel the banana throw it in, and grab the pear and peel it. I didn’t peel it so it had a texture to it sort of like pulp in orange juices. So peel the pear and cut it up in smaller pieces so you don’t kill your blender. Throw in the ice cubes, pour in the milk and vanilla extract. And set the mix on Frappe for about a minute or two. Once it has a nice look to it, put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out pour about 8-12 fl. ounces in a cup and enjoy. Thats about one serving.
Hope you all enjoy the mix, I did.

I was thinking of other ways to replace a meal and get my protein at the same time. And I was fooling around with my blender so I made a nice tasting Peanut Butter shake.
Here are the ingredients:
1 CUP peanut butter, (look for low sugars)
1/4 CUP lowfat chocolate syrup
1/4 CUP lowfat milk/skim milk OR 1% milk
12 WHOLE ice cubes
1 FULL scoop of your favorite Whey Protein mix
Then, frappe until its nice and smooth. But be warned, it is a bit thick, so just add either ice cubes or some more lowfat milk to it and mix it again. And you’ll get a great tasting meal that also has your supplement in it.
Oh yes, it makes enough for FOUR people, so drink about 1/4 of it, and save the rest for another meal that day or the next day. Don’t go drinking the whole thing. I made a mistake by drinking the whole thing.

Hey all I finally have a great program for myself and tomorrow I start 7 meals a day and its going to help boost my metabolism and shrink some inches off my waist over the next few months. I start my program in 30 minutes ( a bit late today due to bad printer, couldn’t make copies of my schedule fast enough so I needed ink ) so I can enjoy the next 45 mins to an hour or so, depending on how long it takes me to finish my cardio.
SO yeah I’m pretty much doing all types of cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Tuesdays, Sundays are Arms, Chest, Back, Legs, etc. And Thursday is my off day. I enjoyed this schedule when I was goofing around for about 2 months trying to figure out what worked for me and it was fantastic. I loved it and I dropped a few pounds even though I kind of ate a lot.
Well I am going to go get ready for a great hour.

I started to cut today, first thing I did this morning was eat a banana, then I headed over to my weight room. And when i got in there I drank a shake (Op 100% Whey) and waited around half an hour, in that time I was walking around getting ready, put some music on. I love listening to some rock and roll or metal while I exercise. SO I then started with some ab crunches, as well as other ab exercises. I did around 3 sets per exercise. Took note that I did that.
After my abdominal exercises I jogged at the local civic center for about a mile (one lap around is 1 mile) just to get used to it until i build up the endurance. I got home and ate a scoop of peanut butter just to get something in me after all that. And now I am getting ready for a few more exercises before I go do some homework.
