 I just recently finished signing up for Musclemania and cant wait for the 21st of this month, but till then i’ll be keeping up on my Contest Prep which consist of a low carb-High Protien Diet,with less weight but more reps.Iv’e been trying to see what works best for me during these last weeks till a competition and still am but this is what worked best the last few times so i’ll just go with it and see how it works out for the 3rd time, all year long ive been experimenting with weights-and diet and so believe me when i say it hasn’t been easy on me but luck and Genetics are on my side so ive slowly been gaining quality lean mass.For now i don’t think i’ll be going on a full bulking season till i know my body a tad bit better i dont want to gain what i can’t burn i plan on competing in the High School,and or Junior Divisions, this will be my 5th show and 1st Musclemania Compitition wish me luck.
