tell the story of YESTERDAY, Day 5:

Tiesto - Do what you Want Legs II (done at 6 PM Friday~~~>gym was EMPTY
)
Smith Machine Squats 3 x 10 =105 lbs repped
Single Leg Press 3x 10
Leg Extension 3 x 10
Leg Curls 3 x 10
Deadlifts 3 x 10= 65 repped
Leg Press calf raises 3 x 10
Cardio: 3 Miles SPEEDY-style around lovely Bainbridge Island~
The thing about *legs day* is I L<3VE the SWEAT…I get drenched..
my pony gets wet at the tip from touching my back…
AWESOME!!
Tiesto - Whyevery part of my bod hurrrrtttzzzzz~~~*kisses muscles*
soooo worn & tired~(despite all the glutamine & proper nutrition, wth!)
In fact, in the evening, propped up in bed with my laptop, I crashed, sitting, not even aware I fell asleep!
That meant no casein shake, mascara still on, teeth not even BRUSHED (soo eww, heaven help my OCD!)…
Woke up at 4 AM, Lucid Dreams of the Epic Adventures of Ladycole on my mind and not sure where I was or what happened…(no joke, my dream included an old Indiana Jones-style Jeep, a Jungle, me climbing and swing from hanging vines, rushing rivers, my Jeep “jumping” the river, etc…normal for me. Meh! *rollseyes*)
ANYWAY, MY POINT is that Heavy lifting sure works the MIND & BODY…
power evident in what it takes & drains…looking forward to what it GIVES back.
