Okie dok–here goes:
Wednesday: Back & Abs
Back:
Pull-ups (28 lbs. assisted for now) 3 x 12
Wide Grip Pull Down 3 x 12
One Arm Row 3 x 12
Seated Row 3 x 12
Lower Back Extension 3 x 12
Abs:
3 sets of series:
Full Body Crunches
Slooooow Bicycles
Vertical Toe touches
Vertical Toe touches with arm crisscross
Weighted Ball Supersets with obliques
Okay, #1: My ENTIRE body hella hurts.
#2: I’m really hungry, even though I had a gigantic dinner.
#3: My muscles are so fatigued I could barely shave in the shower…it was a *serious* health hazard (fo sho, but no cuts)
#4: I notied a lot of the boys spend more time lookin cool, than liftin in da gym. PuSsiEs.
#5: I wanna whine some more about how much my body hurts….feel free to PM me about it. ANYTIME. Really…
Now, Nutrition:
breakfast: whey-berry-flax-wheatgerm-omegaoil-greens-bv
itamin shot-shake
snack: high fiber cereal with unsweetened soy milk
(still hungry, so had 2 brown rice cakes with 1 T. raw almond butter, sf rasp. jam)
lunch: ww-wrap, with chicken breast, parm, a lil ls,lf Caesar, a lil bit sf jello, nectarine
pm snack: 1.5 cups TABOULI (fuuuu*k its guuud <~~I made it *hehe), gigantic apple (the way I like em)
preworkout: whey shake
dinner: whole-grain mozz chicken quesadilla, ff sour cream, 4 flax-soy chips with lots fresh salsa, berries w/ a tad ff cool whip, raw sliced almonds on top
SSSSTTTTTIIIIILLLLLLLLLLL HHHUUUUNNNNNGGGGRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY!!!
