Yesterday - Shoulders, traps, calves (again???) , yeppers, sore
Today - arms, abs…
Maybe tomorrow I will try the crossfit "Annie" and see how it goes… hopefully my feet are recovered enough that they can handle jumping rope!
Best new way to eat tuna:
1 can tuna, drained
1 ear corn, steam 2 minutes in microwave and cut kernels off cob
1 spoonful red. fat mayo (Helmans = less than 2 g fat)
tsp dijon
1/2 a small onion, minced
dash of hot pepper sauce
Mix it all together and enjoy
About 25g protein and 25g carbs and maybe 3g fat…
