BABY GOT BACK CHALLENGE!!!
The backside body part that I would like to most improve is my back…it looks horrible right now, there are rolls that appeared out of no where and I would like to make a change to that. Now, I know that this will take more than six weeks but it’s a start for me. I will do this by sticking to my current diet, my nutritionist allows me to have one cheat meal per week but it’ll be a little more subtle. I’m doing 30 mins of cardio 6x a week and weight training 3x a week. I may increase my cardio because this is a challenge…to let’s say 2x a day on days that I’m not weight training. So wish me luck!!!

Sounds like an aggressive plan, girl! But if you stick to it, you should see results in no time… remember the first three weeks are the hardest!!!

Good luck to you in the challenge. With hard work and determination you can do anything you want. And if you don’t have the determination on some days, stop by here and I’ll let you borrow some of mine.
