BABY GOT BACK CHALLENGE!!!
July 30, 2008The backside body part that I would like to most improve is my back…it looks horrible right now, there are rolls that appeared out of no where and I would like to make a change to that. Now, I know that this will take more than six weeks but it’s a start for me. I will do this by sticking to my current diet, my nutritionist allows me to have one cheat meal per week but it’ll be a little more subtle. I’m doing 30 mins of cardio 6x a week and weight training 3x a week. I may increase my cardio because this is a challenge…to let’s say 2x a day on days that I’m not weight training. So wish me luck!!!
