so last night i didnt want to go to the gym to do cardio b/c honestly it gets old. So i decided that since ive been particularly frusterated lately i would take it to the bag. hahaha. Grand Million dollar idea.haha at least i came out alive… well no in one piece. I was barely breathing and i beat the shit out of myself. I skinned off one of my knuckled, my right hand in all swollen and black and blue, and stiff, and well ugly, haha. and then my elbow. that was pretty cool. i threw a bunch of elbows and on the last ine i hit it in such a way that it made a gold ball sized thing form instatly. It was so weird to watch the damn thing grow. haha. It still swollen and its def just a big black mark too. I feel so pretty let me tell you. Looks funny in a skirt thats for sure. Then again i dont look normal in a skirt on a normal day. haha… whatever i think it makes me look tough. and i feel much better now.

im just trying to figure out which protein to go with this month. there are too many damn choices now a days and i dont kno which is the best. im nor really worried about taste so much as adding lean mass. any thought. lets me know. thanks

… and figured out my total APFT score for this last test at AT. i graduated basic with a 346 and expected that to be my best score. somehow i pulled out a 372. haha. thats funny to me i dont know why. maybe im bragging but i just want to be able to look back when im old and probably cant move because all my joints are rusted and everything hurts, and say wow i was awesome at one point of my life. hahaha.

so after two weeks at ft. hell. i mean Drum for annual training, im finally home. Took a short vacation to my cottage on the lake. Relaxed for about .2 minutes and then was annoyed the rest of the time by my family. I hate reunions. lol. But i got back to my mecca, the gym this morning. It was so wonderful to be back. I actually missed being there more than i missed being home in my own bed and house. haha. well i need a nap b/c i wasnt allowed to the whole time i was there. peace out.

so i was told by my chiropractor that i pulled, or strained my QL muslce and i havent the slightest idea what to do about it. Its such a deep muscle that honestly i didnt even know i had but i def. know it exsists now becuase it hurts like a mother ****ing bitch. ahah sry for the language, but omg! I mean it hurts to use that whole side, its hurts to laugh, which sucks becuase i always laugh, it hurt to just lay on that side. But yea i cant really ice it because it doesnt even get to the muslce. and stretching it just well… hurts. so im not sure what else to do about it… can anyone give me some help on this one.
