so ive gotten sick yet again, and its draining the hell out of me, but like always i refuse to sit still. I went to the gym this morning and i started off great, squated on the smith at 310lbs. didnt get to go down as far as i liked to becuase i thought the machine was going to cave. its not very sturdy to say the least. anyways i continued on with my workout, hacking up a lung with every step i took, its was fairly annoying not being able to breath. and the whole time i thought "hmm this is a bad idea" but i couldnt stop, its a curse. you dont have to tell me i shouldnt workout for a bit, but it will never happen. im too damn stubborn and paranoid. I’m just kinda rambling but i havent updated in a while and havent been reaally active on the site so i figured id write something. and at this point im so groggy from medicine that im not sure what i wrote about. lol.

so this is going to be really brief becuase im really busy this week. But anyways, i boosted up the leg press to 740 today and did 3 reps. It was craziness. lol. But the funny part was that when i was unracking it, i took them off the one side first and then as i took the last two off the one side the whole damn sled tipped over and crashed to the ground. It was weird becuase last time i did the same thing and it didnt move. So there i stood with a tipped leg press thinking, ok what the **** do i do now? It was a process but i ended up just ****ing pushing the thing back up. It was failry entertaining to say the least. lol!

I just wanted to make a quick note about drill before i pass out again, lol. We did 2-2-2 today which is the actual set up of the PT tests. 2 minutes of push ups and sit ups and 2mile run. I did 78 sit ups and 73 pushups. and ran 2 miles in 14:29… well im really tired but i going to the gym so i can watch the sabres game… i dont have cable lol.. im oging to sleep good tonight, hehe. Drill again tomorrow and then back to the routine!!
p.s. i wasnt planning on sticking out but i kind of feel like i put target on my back today by doing well.. or at lesat i think i did well based on sgt reactions. One of them called me "the PT nut". IM not too worried about it here at drill but i have heard that they target the strong ones in basic and i really dont want to be a target. maybe im wrong?!?!

Someone left me a message and told me that my abs didn’t look as ripped as they used to… I’ve now become very paranoid about it and im fairly discouraged now. Its throwing me off and im going through all my pictures and comparing the old ones and the new ones, and maybe they are right. I also got a comment on my video that basically said my lower abs suck. Idk I feel like hell now. I guess I have to step it up again, because my abs suck ass I guess. Even thought these people probably don’t have abs at all I still take it personally, I hate negativity.

ok so did you know that becuase your a girl that means you cant be stronger than a man??? thisis in repsonse to inbrakeible who left a comment on my last post doubting my leg press ability and basically calling me a lier. Well i have to say, im not lying, i ahve no reason to lie, why the hell would i lie, and why would i have a big long story everytime i do a leg press update if i easnt really doing it. And yes i went to pre-k and i can add.
45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45+45 +45 = 720… 45×16= 720. either way you do it its 720. And yup thats 8 “whopping” plates on each side… Yea ive seen guys who can only press like 4 plates but its not everyones niche. Ronnie coleman can press 3200 and im pretty sure not every guy can do that. Not everyone is the same, some of us can do crazy shit becuase we ****ing bust ass. I work hard everyday to get that number up. And its not like im doing 15 resp, im just doing a few, its called max weight. But hey you can choose to believe me or think im lying. But ask anyone who stares at me when i do it, its not a lie, and im kinda pissed that you took away from my moment by calling me a lier…. You should get out of your naive box and realize that girls can do things too, and sometimes better than men!!! I wouldnt care if i didnt take so much pride in my ability to do something like this, so yea im pretty mad about it… Thats all i wanted to say, dont insult me becasue ur ignorant and simple minded. I have to go to work where i will hear about how im doing a mans job and becasue im a girl i cant do my job, and i should let the biys do it, and blah blah blah. *rolls eyes* i cant ****ing wait!

i’m in a hurry but i forgot to give the latest update when i got home from school today. I was so tired though i got home and passed out. Anways- today was a leg day, which means LEG PRESS!! my favorite by far. Lately i have been going for more reps , so its been 15 reps at 550lbs. Its been hard being patient and taking it lighter. I love going heavy but i dont love injuried… But today i figured what the hell its been long enough i can do more than 700lbs. So plate after plate went on, and 16 plates later I arrived at 720lbs!!! It was really intimidating looking but i paced back and forth like three times quicly sat down and just closed my eyes and pressed. Its was a good feeling…. ok it was a good feeling at the time, i was smiling the rest of my workout but come 2hrs later when getting ready for school i decided to wear my timberland boots and that was a big mistake. They felt like they were about 100lbs each, so i was dragging my feet all around campus. lol…. well im off to do some bodycombat which i am now doing everyday becuase i got a multclub memebership for the month , and then im coming back to my home gym to do my infmaous cardio routine, or maybe ill stay there, they have touch screen tvs on all there equiptment, lol. but ive never worked out there so i dont know where anything is.
