Today was awesome! I love doing HIIT. An hour and 15 mins. kicked my butt today. But it felt great!
Treadmil-20 min of 5.5 for two min.
incline at 5.5 for a min.
back down to 0.0 and
6.0 for one min.
Elliptical for 15 min- incline at 6 and intensity at 7 for two min.
incline a 12 and intensity at 13 for one min.
Bicycle for 3 miles- 20 min. level 7 for two min. mpr was at 89
level 3 for two min. mpr was 103
Stairstepper - 20 min. at level 5 for two min. level 13 for one min.

The scales in the women’s locker room at the gym. OR! The scales in my home bathroom.
The gym scales say 127. My scales at home say 124. It is so frustrating. I really want to believe my scales at home. I like 124!
What do you think?
Do you think the gym scales could be wrong becasue of all the people that get on them all day. Do they have to keep them calibrated or something. I dinno’!

I certainly have a way to go to get to where I want to be. I like that all my clothes are falling off of me. And I like the way I am beginning to feel about myself and the way I look in my clothes…..WORK WORK WORK!!!!!!!

So the first week was a little hairy with the diet. Workouts rocked. I need to spice them up a little, though. I need to throw some super sets in there. Overall for the first week I have lost 1 pnd. I am at 127 now. I have lost 5 inches overall. I will try to do a better job with shopping for food this next week. I am ready to see what the next week in the challenge brings.

So a few of may lady friends have started a 12 week challenge. It is motivating and at the same time very intimidating. The diet is strict. It seems like a lot of food to eat. But it healthy foods. The biggest challenge for me is drink all my water and stick to the diet. my workouts really won’t change that much. I am already kicking them up. Workouts have been really great this week. Baseball has really messed my running up. I haven’t gotten to run much this week. Running is usually my second workouts on some days. I hope I will see some really good results with the 12 week challenge.

So after a week of illness that I don’t wish upon on any one. Thought I had pink eye. But, no much worse. Had an inflammation of the eye called Iritis. I was ready to pull my eye out. I tried to stay on track with eating clean. It helped not having much of an appetite.
Any hoo! Today was my first day back at the gym. Dilated eye and all. Work out was good. Cardio sucked. I got 20 min. worth of intervals in on the stair master and I was pooped. Leg and glute work out rocked. I upped the weight this week and I will decrease the weight next week just to keep the muscles guessing. Tomorrow I will see if I can do my four miles after not running for a week.
I am getting back on the eating plan this week. So far it has been good.
Coffee with grits.
Bsn Dessert protein shake after my workout this morning.
Lunch is Spinach salad with some tuna.
Any ideas are welcome!

So hear I am a mother of 3 with goals and aspirations of being a figure model. I have really tried staying true to myself and my eating habits. It is hard raising a family. But, I know there are women with the same goals as me, making their dreams come true. I am hear to get support from other healthy people out there in the fitness world or support their goals. I thank my family for all the support they give me.
