Power Food BY LACHOLA
6 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

Oats, .5 cup (remove)
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Almonds, .25 cup, ground (remove)
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Soy Protein Concentrate, 2 oz (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

mix all the dry stuff together in a bowl that has a lid - pour the vanilla extract on top…Shake the heck out or it. Then add 1/2 cup water and stir till the mixture becomes a paste. remove serving postion add 1 cup water - mic on high for around a minute…then enjoy!

Well the end of the month is here &

& its almost time to take my measurements…I feel like I am increasing muscle mass, but have not droped fat.  All my friends tell me how great I look & thats cool but I am looking forward to next summer when they say <<<<DAMN>>>> thats you!?!  I am also looking forward to contests in the future…I will be going to the one at the Seven feathers Casino n Oregon to see how it all comes together.  This should be fun.  I mean how bad could looking at HOT bodies be?  I know I am not in best form right now but this should help my goal.  I will get back to you all with my new measurements and feedback on the contest.

So I have my Plan….

I got the nutrition plan - the work out plan - the therapy plan (a hot tub for the aching muscles)…but I dont have the motivation to do my cardio…as a boxer I used to put in my road work (7 miles @ 4 am with Metallica beating my ear drums as I beat the pavement) just like many of the great champions.  I would double train classes twice a week with the woman, and 5 times a week with the men.  Now, just me the steal and the road ahead…but I have to go down that ****’n road to reach my goal - well since my life style has become more "mature" maybe I will strive for a couple of miles at 6 am - and Metallica call me…I need you!

I have been a student of Marshal Arts since second grade - then moved to boxing in college.  Wheew…then I took a very long break till now!  I will become the next Top Body Builder!  More to come…
