Ingredients
| Oats, .5 cup (remove) **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove) Almonds, .25 cup, ground (remove) Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp (remove) *Soy Protein Concentrate, 2 oz (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp (remove) |
Directions
| mix all the dry stuff together in a bowl that has a lid - pour the vanilla extract on top…Shake the heck out or it. Then add 1/2 cup water and stir till the mixture becomes a paste. remove serving postion add 1 cup water - mic on high for around a minute…then enjoy!
