I QUIT!
WHOA! I am excited to be able to say I have officially quit smoking. It’s been an on and off process for many years..but the more I workout, the more energy I want /need and the less I’ve wanted to smoke. Now into my 2nd week, my workouts are stronger and longer since I’ve quit smoking. I am using patches and tea tree toothpicks! They work well together! Peace!

You go girl! Get the urge, grab a healthy snack or take a walk, then you can take your nephew into quitting. ;0)
