whoohooo! Got in 2 cardio sessions today. burned a total of 1192 cals. Feeling great! Alittle sore from strength training yesterday.
This is what I don’t understand. My first cardio session I did intervals on the treadmill 3.5-3.8 miles an hr. incline up to 4. (Which I have been doing incline all the way up to 15). I didn’t sweat alot. But my hr monitor said I burned 510 cals & 45% fat in that hr.
ok so my second cardio session I did 30 min hill intervals on the arc machine (incline b/w 3-7 & resistance 20-25) & 30 min hill intervals on the stationary bike. I was sweating my butt off. & my HR monitor was going crazy beeping at me to slow down. It said I burned 682 cals & only 25% fat.
How do you work harder & burn more cals but the % of fat you burn be lower ?
