					<description>I enjoyed HIIT and it helped me lose a bunch of fat last spring.  I tended to stay around 30 - 40 minutes but your results may vary.

Good luck on your goals.  The battle for the flat midsection is one that we're all working on.</description>

					<description>Ya know, at the end-o-the day, it really is all about the diet...Personally, I could HIIT all day and still have that one-pack you referred to, if my diet is not tight. Amazingly, with a tight diet, I never even do cardio....and can maintain at 10% BF.</description>
