March 10 Chest day
March 11, 2008Mondays are usually Quad days but I didn’t do chest on friday so, I decided to do chest on Monday. I also felt like doing deadlifts as well. I usually do deadlifts on my back day.
Chest & Side Delts workout
- Dips
- Hammer strength decline chest press
- Deadlifts
- Incline dumbbell chest press
- Lateral raises seated
- Lateral raises standing
I usually would have did one more chest exercise like flies but the deadlifts made it impossible.
