Chest - Friday March 14th

Great chest workout.  I was in a rush so I didn’t get to do lateral raises. I usually do lateral raises on chest day.  I only had an hour to workout. I miss doing bench press on chest day.  I haven’t done bench press in about three years.  My shoulders just doesn’t feel too well when performing bench press.   

  1. One set of push - ups (50 reps) 
  2. Deeps (only bodyweight) 3 sets
  3. Incline hammer strength chest press 3 sets
  4. Incline dumbbell chest press 3 sets
  5. Decline hammer strength chest press 3 sets
  6. Deeps with weighted belt 3 sets
