March 10 Chest day
Mondays are usually Quad days but I didn’t do chest on friday so, I decided to do chest on Monday. I also felt like doing deadlifts as well. I usually do deadlifts on my back day.
Chest & Side Delts workout
- Dips
- Hammer strength decline chest press
- Deadlifts
- Incline dumbbell chest press
- Lateral raises seated
- Lateral raises standing
I usually would have did one more chest exercise like flies but the deadlifts made it impossible.

Legs are a day in itself. How often do you hit legs? Need more cuts in my quads. You look great

I only hit legs once a week. I do hamstrings and quads on different days. Also, when I get closer to competition, I do a lot of sprints. So the sprints and eating helps bring out the cuts
