carbs
its been a long time since ive been on bodyspace and/or updated anything so i started this week again. ive gotten in alot better shape the past 6 months since i started lifting again after taking time off since my son was born. im getting back up towards my old max’s, but my main thing now that im a father is wanting to have energy for my son instead of just wanting to lift all weight i can fit on a barbell. im knocking out 3 and 4 mile runs like i was back in highschool or something, and i still feel i have a lot more work ahead of me. also, im about to start cutting carbs to try to drop a couple lbs that wont go away. im down to 209 which is less then i have been in more then a year, but my goal is 205. i would like to cut down to about half of what i usually take in during the day for carbs. this is only my second time cutting and hopefully it works as well as the first. wish me luck
