I just wanted to say good morning to everyone!
I hope everyone had a good weekend and a good week in their training last week!
This week my plans are to start my new training program. I feel I have enough size in my upper body so now I will just train upper body all in one day once per week. I am absolutely addicted to training legs and will continue to do them twice per week along with a daily dose of cardio.

Good morning to you. Good luck with the new program. Everything your doing looks like its working great. Keep it up. I am a firm believer of the daily cardio. I hit the cardio every morning at 5am when the gym opens.

You can see the seperation in your legs. Its looking good so far. You would do good in a contest. Alot of girls cant get thier legs toned good. Its a big +
