I didn’t do so well this week with my training and did sub par on my diet. I trained legs three times because I can go heavy and go home. Upperbody days invole cardio and I just didn’t have the mental energy to carry through a boring cardio session. No excuses next week, I promise! Hope y’all are doing well!

When I do cardio I listen to some music that make me feel like getting my party on. That always help me MENTAL because cardio sucks to me. but you have to do it.
