I have added Gasparis Thyrotabs to my stack. (which includes Gaspari Cytolean) The Thyrotabs box says that you won’t notice any changes until a few days into taking it. The only thing I have notice so far is that I am really HUNGRY! But that could be emotional. I had a super stressed day at work yesterday. I tried on new clothes yesterday and I am still getting smaller so something is working!! Best wishes to everyone!!
