Wipppeee!
I am in a size 4 today!! Way smaller than the size 14 I was in two years ago. I am happy I was able to get small again without losing all my muscle and shape. My goal is to get into a size 3, but no smaller than that! I feel best at about 130 and in a size 3. Hope this finds all who read it having a blessed day and finding their goals fulfilled!

I’m trying to get my GF to start working out again. She’s basically starving and eating sweets….yeah, cause that’s good for you. But she’s down to your size or a 2 so it’s hard to convince.
