too much cardio
So, I lifted my weights last night (light back) and did about 30 minutes on the treadmill. I was in the ladies room gathering my things when one of the aerobics instructors asks if I will be staying for Kickboxing class. So I did. It turned out to be very intense (the instructor went extra hard on us because we were off for the holiday).
Where is this going? My appetitie is out of control today!! I am maintaining myself nicely but I can’t stop thinking about food! It must mean that I burned a ton of calories last night or my glycogen stores are empty

Oh no, kickboxing? I heard that stuff can be bad for you, with the punching and kicking.
Just kidding, obviously. Anyway I had the same thing happen to my appetite Saturday after I was on the heavy bag for an hour. I get days like that every once in a while, especially after a really intense workout.
