Figured out my nuts
I had stopped buying nuts. I know they are a good source of vitamins, fiber and healthy fats but once I opened the can I would eat at least half of it before i could get myself to stop. I decided yesterday to buy a small can unsalted. I had always bought the salted version. I had no problem stopping with a small handful! Must have been the salt/fat combo in the salted version that trigerred overindulging.
