having bloating with sucralose
Since I have found I have celiac disease (auto-immune reactions to wheat) I have found myself more sensitive to other things in my diet. First and foremost milk even lactose free milk products. I have recently started on Sci-Fit digestive enzymes plus and Sci-Fit Whey Isolate and have had very little bloating. Suprisingly though, anything with sucrolose (splenda) is giving quite a bit of abdominal swelling. I have been researching sucrolose on the internet and am finding out some disturbing things. I have replaced Splenda with Stevia and am staying completely away from diet drinks that have aspartame or Splenda in them.

Isn’t that freaky? Now they are coming out saying all these awful things when people have been merrily adding Splenda for a couple years now.
