Today’s workout
I haven’t lifted in about 2 months at least. Honestly, I felt too "muscley" before my wedding. But really when I look at my muscle size, it isn’t huge. I just have the layer of fat over it.
I focused on chest and tris, with some other big movement exercises. I am already feeling it… Also, I took an hr spin class in the evening and did abs.
I’m feeling much better. I love the inspirational blogs and members here. MsFitness looks amazing! She has a great blog too- you can follow her through her journey from the beginning.
