I haven’t lifted in about 2 months at least. Honestly, I felt too "muscley" before my wedding. But really when I look at my muscle size, it isn’t huge. I just have the layer of fat over it.
I focused on chest and tris, with some other big movement exercises. I am already feeling it… Also, I took an hr spin class in the evening and did abs.
I’m feeling much better. I love the inspirational blogs and members here. MsFitness looks amazing! She has a great blog too- you can follow her through her journey from the beginning.

A lot has happened to me recently. I got married about 3 months ago and I love it. I have gotten a little relaxed in my eating though and put on about 3 pounds. Although it isn’t much, it is a reminder that I never reached my goal of 120. I am not completely focused on the numbers- of course I am aiming for a body fat loss.
I have stubborn fat all over really. I have muscle and a hard body underneath this layer of fat. It’s always been a challenge for me to lose this "last layer", if you will. Sometimes I do get afraid of lifting heavy. Because I can’t lose this fat, when I gain muscle it just pushes it out. And I feel like I gain muscle quite easily.
I have started blogging for accountability reasons and just to have a place to put my thoughts. There is a lot of inspiration on this site. And if anyone has any thoughts or advice, please, send them my way.
