I have a slight tear in my upper oblique so i cant lift for a few weeks so i guess ill focus on running or biking.

This weekend I put all my stats on here I have pictures just dont have them up yet. I have a workout plan and diet setup for me to begin. I will start tomorrow on my goal of a new me. Im hoping by doing this I will hold myself more accountable and get support to make my goals!
