I usually do not participate in the open forums but the other day i deciced to.  I became involved in a comparison between two fitness competitors.  I left a response and not thinking used caps on the first letter of each word.  I guess i offended someone who replied do not use caps and they took it upon themselves to take a large number of my reputation points putting me in a negative light.  I reached out to this person through a private message to get advice on the best way to participate in the forum topics without receiving a response.  It is funny, people are quick to knock you down but when you seek assistance they are unwilling to help.  I learned that not only are there police in the real world but I guess there are forum police.  If I would have said something negative or inappropriate then I would understand the knock on my reputation.  I used a cap starting each word, big deal.  Contact me directly and tell me it was wrong as opposed to taking it personal.  Now my rep is on the negative side because of one person.  Thanks for all the help pdiddy and I do not mean sean combs.  To the bodyspace members who have been helpful, keep doing what you are doing and remain the good people that you are.  The other person, I have no kind words for ya.

Training.

March 1, 2009

Just completed my second full month of training after being gone for one year.  Training is going well and my body seems to be taking shape.  It is still a guessing game as i am trying to find the right supplements and the exercises that will benefit my growth process.  My weight has pretty much remained the same but i can tell i am losing inches as it shows in the mirror and in my clothes.  I am bad at the diet thing so i guess i am going to have to increase my cardio.  I know that just as long as it takes to get out of shape it will take just as long to get back into shape.  I want to thank those of you who have given words of encouragement and those who have just given kind words.  We all have the same agenda and with alittle work we will all have results.  Everyone have a good day.

Had another good day in the gym.  Trained chest and back.  Felt good afterwards.  In general  beginning to have an overall good feeling.

Trained triceps and legs today.  Legs was a bear but i made it through it.  Motivation level still high.  Results are coming slowly but surely.

Went to the gym today.  Worked biceps and shoulders today.  alittle sore but made it through the workout.  This month i will be working on push/pull routines.  This is month 2 of my journey to become bigger, stronger, leaner, and more fit.  Wish me luck.

Blowing off some steam.

I know what i am about to say many of you will be able to relate.  Have any of you had a day when you woke up and thought it was going to be a good day but as it went it got worse.  Everything that you did which you thought was positvie someone else had a complaint and something negative to say. Nothing you did was right and everything was wrong.  The day go so bad that if i did not blow off some steam i would have done something i would regret.  I was so out of it mentally that i did not think it was a good idea to drive so i walked.  Without any set destination i just began walking and before long i had done almost 4 miles.  At the end of my walk i felt much better because i had blew off some steam.  Hope everyone is havong a much better day than i had.

Got into the gym this morning.  Had a good workout.  Worked on chest and triceps.  Starting to see alittle improvement in my shape.  It is going to be a long hard road but i am up for the challange.

Becoming A Habit.

This workout thing seems to be coming a habit.  I made it to the gym again today and had another productive workout.  It has only been 3 weeks but i am beginning to gain my strength back which enhances my overall workout.  Hopefully as a began to see more progress that will be enough motivation to stay in the gym.

Made it to the gym this morning.  Trained bi’s and shoulder today.  Starting to feel better with each workout and over time i hope to see the results that i am looking for.
