Forced Days Off

 I had to have a procedure done and now I am forced to take days off of working out. Working out has become such a regular thing to do in my life. It’s like getting dressed in the morining, something you have to do. Well, I had a procedure done and now I will have 4 days of not working out. I am really bummed. Before I would be ok cool, and sometimes happy for an excuse to not go. haha. Now I am kinda mad and antsy to get back in.

O -Well, there is nothing I can do but just wait it out.

First Day Of New Workout Plan

Today was the first day of my new workout. I am going to be going to the gym 2 times a day(as much as I can with the baby) Doing cardio in the morning then weights in the evening-afternoon. Here are some pics of me today.Currently at 155. Hopefully I am able to keep this up and see some results!

Is it normal…

To gain weight first then lose fat?

When after a month of having my boy I got back into the gym. I started out doing lifting more than cardio. (As I was completley bored of it, because that was all I could really do the last months of pregnancy.) I did do cardio just not a whole bunch. I have noticed now that I weigh more than I did right after I had my baby. Is this normal? I heard it could be hormones.

 I am doing cario now for just about an hr every time I go in. (So I havn’t noticed a change yet)

 I was just wondering if it was normal to gain some muscle and then now that I am doing cardio I will start seeing the scale tip the other direction.

London and MommyThis is my first week back to the gym after my son. OMG I don’t think I have been so sore. I have great motivation though(Thanks Babe). I can’t take many supplements because I am breastfeeding but, I am going to work my butt off and do what I can.
