Testing the water…
Wednesday, July 30th, 2008I bought a food scale a few days ago so I could really see how many calories I was taking in and what my next step needed to be. It’s been a HUGE help to me. I started out at 1900 calories and at 2100 I was still losing and down to 143. Not good for me since I’m 6′ and if I get any lower I’ll be a bean pole. I’m not looking for that. 23-2400 calories the last 2 days and am back to 145. I’m pushing it hard at the gym doing as much weight as I can and splitting up my work outs so I’m not so tired trying to do everything.
I’m really afraid of gaining some weight so I can build up more muscle in my legs since I just lost 20 pounds but I think if I do it slowly I’ll be okay. I can handle 5-7 more pounds even if I get some more fat at least I’ll know how to cut the calories since I’m tracking everything. Sound like a good plan?
