So we are nearing February!! This is a good month; I get my birthday (woot!) and my trip to Seattle (double woot!). At this point in my training I am going to be kicking up the cardio a bit more (excuse me I think I just threw up in my mouth a little, lord I hate cardio) and trying my dang’dest to lean out. I really like the definition I am starting to see in my arms and thighs, EVEN IN MY CALVES!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD CALVES!! However there is the fat that is clinging for dear life to the sides of my hips and where my obliques should be. Just started Meltdown stacked with Vaporize recently and am happy with the results thus far, so we will see. I will have progress pics up next week to show off my new found calf definition. In other news I still hate the snow. I had to dig, yes DIG WITH A SHOVEL, my car out of the spot in front of my house on the ROAD! It then took me an hour to drive 18 miles into work. It is ridiculous and I am so over it. I can not WAIT FOR SUMMER! TTYL.

So I am still doing great with my workout. Now that it is after the holidays it is time a sweet time to kick it up a notch. My end results are going to be out of control people. I am telling you!
Also on a side note: I hate snow. I mean I really really HATE that crap. I drive a Dodge Magnum so it doesnt help at all being rear wheel drive. Its like a giant sliding tank. BOOOO WINTER.

Hello Everyone! Here is my blog…. Working an 11 hour shift here at the BB.COM today, this rocks my socks. Truly.
I am doing a bit of a switch up on my workout this upcoming week, which I am pretty jazzed about. Here at BB.COM we are doing a office 12 week transformation challenge. I am going to pretty much win, I can already to tell.
So you will start seeing some progress pics soon, and I am sure you will get to hear some crazy rants and such. The winner gets to go work the booth at Olympia next year, so that’s an awesome driver. I’m ready to be Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.
