I dropped 4lbs so far for my comp on April 19th. I am hoping to drop another 10… hope it goes well. I love using Beverly International supplements, they are working great!

Merry Christmas to everyone!!! I’ve read that cardio in the AM on an empty stomach is key, however I also have read that that is how you’ll eat away muscle bc your body will go there for the energy? So… what is your opinion? AM empty stomach, or after you eat?

I am doing my first Figure Comp on April 19th and have started dieting about a week and a half ago… lost 3lbs already - cannot wait to start to really see dome definition. Any beginner tips are welcome! =)

Hey, wondering if anyone has any recommendations for some good protein powder that is NOT chocolate flavor?! I think I am just burnt out on the chocolate protein powder flavors and need something that works well and is not chocolate! Thanks!

Well, I got my body fat % taken and it’s btw 22-23% the woman had told me. It is rather depressing… I did not think I would be that high. Another downer, is even though I have stuck to the same dieting 100%, I am back to 131lbs from the 129 I just was.. *sigh*
Body fat:
Chest: 8% considered Lean
Abdomen: 16% considered leaner than average
Ilium: 15% considered leaner than average
Axilla: 6% considered very lean
Tricep: 19% considered fatter than average
Back: 9% considered Lean
Thigh: 31% considered FAT!!!!

Two weeks in on my diet and I have dropped 5lbs. Started at 134 lbs and am now at 129lbs. I do not yet know my body fat %, however, I am in the process of setting up a time to get that done. I just hope all continues to go as planned. It’ll be my first comp and I, as of now, am still kind of clueless about it all… any input at anytime would be fabulous

One week into my cutting diet and going well so far! Dropped 4lbs, but now I am at that weight that my body never seems to want to fall under! We’ll see how it goes

Well, the November comp is actually middle September!! I have 2.5 months to drop some serious body fat… any help, tips, pointers, ideas?!?!??!? I needa lose around 10lbs, and maybe a bit more!

A friend brought up the idea of doing a bodybuilding competition this November. I have never done a competition before and plan on getting into figure, but he says at my lower level it really won’t affect my future goals of figure. I don’t know if I could even pull it off in time! It seems so soon.. I feel lost as to what to even do to begin! To do it? Or not to do it?
