So i posted it a little while ago about making it to the 1,000lbs club and tonight i made it! I manage a 275 bench, 425 dead and a 310 squat! Totally 1,010lbs so I even have a little room. I was suprized that i made it so quickly, I didnt realize how close i was to it i guess. Now i will just focus on increasing these lifts (slowly and very controlled) and work on my bulk.

Well in conjunction with my 1,000lbs club I have decided to go on a fairly long bulk. I plan on adding (hopefully) 20lbs of decent mass. I am starting at 6′1" 202lbs and ~11%BF. I dont wanna go over 15-16% so it may take me a while, but tht will just make it more worthwhile when i get there. I will be training 6x a week and hitting every body part 2x a week, focusing on compound, heavey lifts. I will try to eat enough so that i can recover in time for this many workouts a week. If i begin to feel tired I will back off and take a break. I am hopeing to b around 215 by the end of Dec and reaching my goal of 225 by the start of Feb. I feel that almost 6 months should give me enough time to reach my goals. But with my 1,000lbs club goal, if im getting being (and not fat) than i should get stronger. Any advice would be great or if anyone has done anything similar and have some tips. Wish me luck!

I guess I should start these for myself, it may help me reach my goals if I know that Im telling everyone about it, right? I have decided that I want to make it to the 1,000 lbs club (Bench+Squat+Deadlift=1,000lbs). Im not too far off and i feel like in a few weeks I can resaonably make it there. Currently, Bench is about 280, although Sunday Im am going to find my true max. Squat is 290, and I feel like i can push that to 300 fairly easily. And my Dead is 405, but Im going to try 415 this weekend.All in all Im at about 975, give or take 5lbs, right now. So 25lbs between all three shouldnt be too bad….. Hopefully Ill be able to post back soon about how I made it to the 1,000lbs club!
