Transformation of the Week - Yay!
Monday, November 16th, 2009Well I’m so privledged and excited to be a TOTW! It was one of my goals back when I was about 175 and I can’t believe 50 fat pounds later I actually did it. I’m not done at all on my journey, but hey, 50 pounds, is something to be proud of which I am. Soo many people have helped me along the way and it really has taken patience and persistance to make it happen. In the beginning it was an awesome trainer, FitFinney520, and she’s always helped me in between, and now I’ve hooked up with SteveP78 to give me the tricks and tools to lose some more body fat and tone up this body! I’m just about to embark on week 4 and so far so good on the past two weeks. I do feel leaner, but my weight has gone up a couple pounds since I switched my diet to much heavier foods. I’m on a new diet providing by SteveP78 and it has been totally on point accept had a little extra carb sesh on Saturday because I hung out with my sisters who I hardly get to see all at once. So, did some make-up cardio to do what I could to indirectly deplete what I could and jumped back on the train last night. I do so well when it’s just me, doing my thing day to day from work, gym, home, cook, errands ha ha. I do great! I always plan and grocery shop just for what I intend to eat. I’m extremely thrifty in the grocery store, too. I’m as cheap as I can be without sacrificing the quality. I have another super heavy lifting week ahead and then it will conclude my 1 month back on the Psychotic Plan, it’s already been 3 weeks and it’s going by so fast. I can’t wait to get back in there tonight after my off day, back to the consistent diet all week that’s already prepared until Friday in my fridge. I kid you not it works! Cook and weigh that food, buy in bulk, and store it! I will take pics this coming Saturday morning I hope, get something up there since it will be 4 weeks. Hope EVERYONE kills it this week with the weights and the cardio and keeep pushing!
