I had a nice little weekend away but it’s so great to be back and eat clean again. I’ve already been to the gym but I’ll be going tonight to start my week 4… last week of lifting heavy. I can tell I even feel a little more fuller… I must be building muscle or something… and then next week I get to lean it all out. I think I will hold out on pictures until the end of week 6… 2 weeks after I kick things up with more HIIT. I’m taking a little extra potassium today, a hell of a lot more water and green tea, and def going to eat more tuna for lean protein next couple days to stabilize all my chemicals from the unclean hell they went through this weekend. I will also add some more HIIT tonight, too.

Yesterday I had an exhilirating push workout, high high weight with super low reps. I did quads, triceps, chest and shoulders… and they were all pumped up crazy by the end of training. I also hopped on the bike again for the HIIT and it really, really kicks my butt and I love it. Ever since I started spinning I’ve been on a biking craze, and now that I can’t spin for an hour, may as well pack that hour into 25 minutes of bloody hell. I received 3 things of new protein so I’m pretty stoked, lots of exciting things going on! Keeping to the diet and drinking about a gallon a day. All the supps and gummi bears were in check yesterday, too.

I love my high cal days, although it is a bit challenging to eat so much food every couple hours. I feel almost a little guilty, but I know it’s working so I just do it. Yesterday ended up being a much needed rest day, my hams are still sore from Tuesday but OH WELL, I can’t wait to get back on the iron this afternoon. I’m pushing it especially hard with cardio this week and watching all the extra carbs before the weekend! Today is squeaky clean so far, everything is in check.

I tore that bike up yesterday for about 25 minutes non stop, crazy intervalling-heartrate… wow it was hard to walk the first couple minutes I got off. I always try to get on a spin bike but there’s always a class going on so I settle for the regular seated one which are open all the time. I thought I was going to only be using the 2 different ellipticals, bike after yesterday, I will religiously be alternating between the ellip and the bike. Since 1 hour spin sesh’s are not on my fitness menu… I will have to hold off on them until I get down in the body fat, after my Psychotic Plan. Diet, supps, proteins, teas are all in check. And as much as I hate tuna, I’m going to include it a little bit more into my protein sources instead of chicken since I have so much of it. I’ve been feeling a bit thicker past couple weeks, but I think that’s because my workouts have been high weight, low reps… I’m loving how quick the workouts are, but I can’t wait to cardio it up after this first month.

I am extremely sunburned from the beach on the 4th… but I still went to the gym and busted it hard again! I started week 3 on the PP today, it’s switched up a little bit, enough to really exhaust my legs, shoulders and chest… we shall see if they hurt tomorrow! Cardio was perfectly challenging, water is at 3L so far, and all my meals are on target.. I’m hoping to see 136 by Friday… or maybe lower?! Gotta lean out this week big time! Nothing is holding me back!

I had a bomb.com pull and abs day yesterday plus 20 min. HIIT. I loooove the HIIT, time goes by soo fast! Diet was perfecto, water was about 3L, got all my supps and meals except casein at night I fell asleep before getting up to make it. But today is going strong, all the meals are planned, I’m going to do push and HIIT today and make another 4 pounds of chicken for the weekend. I swear I need to invest in a chicken farm. Have a clean-eating, safe, happy 4th!
