Kicked My Butt

So this weekend I kicked my butt with shoulder/tri/chest and 45 min cardio yesterday, and then back/bi plus 45 min. cardio today! I did go out last night and enjoyed some dancing and a few vodka/tonics… but got my butt up and stull went to the gym and had a super great eating day today. I don’t plan on going out for 2 weeks now, so we will see how hard and straight edge I can push myself until then! I cooked up all my food for the week today as well. I’m all set for the week, motivated as hell and ready to drop another pound of two this week. :)
