Update
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009So I’ve not blogged in quite some time. This past weekend I was super busy and had a cheat on Sat. night. But Sunday I got right back on with some cardio. Monday I did legs with trainer and 15 min cardio to cool down. Yesterday I did back and boy is it sore today! I followed this with 40 minutes on the stepmill. Today I’ll be doing bi’s/abs with a friend, followed by a spin class for 45 minutes. My diet was fantastic last week straight for M-F, and moderate on Sat night to Sunday… and since this Monday has been squeaky clean again. I have some more delicious Nectar protein coming in the mail today so I can’t wait to make some more muscles out of it.
So far so good this week, thank god for Fuzion cause my mood took a lil dip, but once I take the Fuzion I’m psyched again. I’m going to be taking progress pictures this Friday… so two more days and I’m kind of nervous ha ha. My stomach is still coming also slow… but my backside I think has really improved with definition. I’ve really been able to put my eating in check the past month. I’m sure this is why I’ve actually started to drop again.
