So, I’m lazy.
Well I was supposed to take my prog pics today before heading off to Vegas.. and I didn’t do it. I was out pretty late for a good friend’s b-day and had 1 drink to toast and boy even that I feel gross from today. It was a mango margarita, just a sweet-a$$ drink for show that was just caloric as hell and a waste of calories. Ugghhhh… I think once I come back from Vegas I’ll set very mini goal of like 2 weeks to really get myself back on track and deflate myself of the alcohol I’ll be consuming and the non-tuna meals I’ll be eating over the next couple days. I NEVER go on vacation so I’m really excited. Today I’m just drinking my green tea and water like a crazy woman, my non fat cottage and ww bread and tuna as usual. On Monday I did a ONLY back workout and 40 min kick @$$ interval ellipitcal cardio burning 472 cals in 40 min… Tuesday I did a killer shoulder workout followed by a couple ab exercises and a hour long spin class. Today I’ll be doing arms, followed by 40 minutes of cardio again. This is prob my last post until next week… so until then gooood luck everyone

Just have fun. This fitness thing will be here when you get back. It’s better to relax and have fun, your body probably even needs it. Just get back on it when you get back.

You worked hard for so long it’s okay to cut loose especially for a vacation. If you feel you’ve eaten or had too much to drink…go swimming. When i went on vacation last year I didn’t follow my usual strict plan but I swam ALOT. I actually came back 4lbs lighter. Swimming burns crazy amounts of calories…but overall ENJOY YOURSELF!!!
