Alright here comes another week to get it done. I still have my eyes on the prize. I have my food all ready for the week too, just need to do a little preparation here and there. I’m ready to lose another 1-2 pounds by Saturday. Had BBC yesterday and it was awesome, today I rested after training 7 days straight. I know it’s no bueno but it helped me get a routine down. Here comes another crazy week.

Oh my god so I got my @$$ up this morning for a 2 week weigh and and BAM! down 2 more pounds! I’m so stoked. I couldn’t blog last night cause my internet at home was $hitty so I’m blogging today for yesterday. My diet was great again! Had everthing and my vitamin and like 4 Liters of water. My trainer also measured me so check THOSE stats out! For training…. I did a couple min. warm up, then my TNT class w/ K, then mosied my way over to LAF and did 25 min. interval precor elliptical… followed by 30 min. of 3×1 interval step mill. I had to wait for the stepmill for like 15 min., but I was NOT leaving until I did my 5th day of stepmill. I think today I will do it again! I love it. I love seeing how long I can push myself. It’s been a long, but strong, amazing, progressing week and today is a only cardio day. AND my efforts realyl came through this morning at the weigh in. Super stoked.. I can wait to bust into the 130’s next! Ahhh! I will check in tonight!

Alright… day 4.. powered up! Ate GREAT.. was a 1300 day. I had to go to the dentist so I had to switch some meals around but I managed well and had to go to the gym later. Just got back a bit ago and I did 5 min. warm up… cable seated rows @ 60 pounds, 15 x 5, delt reverse flye machine 30# for 15 x 4, and then the seated row machine 60# for 5 x 15… THEN I did 21’s with a 30# barbell for 3 sets. These were sooo hard but I got through em, my forearms got all hard but I pushed through. Then I did the seated bicep curl machine at 30# for 3 x 20. I know my grammar and punctuation sucked in this blog but it’s all good cause the important thing is my work out kicked major @$$. Oh and for cardio I did a whopping 31 minutes on the stepmill doing intervals… 3 min. medium to 1 min. high again for 31 min! then I switched to the elliptical for 10 more minutes. Yup… I kicked butt tonight and am on this! Anyways… tomorrow is TNT + cardio again! Go me… day by day is my way to success. This last 4 weeks of my mini goal will be the best!

Today I ate really good! Kept to the diet - no straying off today. As far as working out I had another training sesh at LAF. We did legs and I really got my booty kicked for the whole 30 min., max. rest was like 45 seconds but for the most part did all kinds of sumo weigthed squats, used a box for knee highs, squat jumps, bulgarian split squats, ran up and down the stairs with and without weights and a couple other things. But it was super good! Since it wsa leg day, he did advise me to only do 12 min. of "cardio" because no joke, I was pretty damn exhausted… it was more of a cool down. All in all, great day, pushed the sheeet out of my muscles! Peace

My diet today was pretty on target. I did sneak in 3 mini-cookies… but compensated by doing 5 min. extra cardio and not eating all of the carb in my second snack. Otherwise… it was perfect! I honestly feel like I’m eating way too much. I just finished my green beans and 4 oz. chicken and it was awesome. Shoot… better be awesome cause I’m eating it for dinner 2 more times this week… alternating with tuna and green beans! Oh I know, sounds soo fun, but if this gets me results then I don’t even care. It’s cheap, clean and EASY. As usual Mondays I train with the LA Fitness trainer, we did shoulders/triceps tonight and he kicked the crap out of all the delts and triceps. I really pushed my heart out through every rep. For cardio I started with 20 min. elliptical interval… then switched to 20 min. of stairmaster interval. Lately I’ve been doing 3 min. moderate, then 1 min. high and repeat for 20 min.. I think next week I’ll extend to 25 min. on stairmaster and supplement the time with the ellip. Well this was a long @$$ check in. But it’s the second day of my 4 solid, dedicated weeks to kick some fat! I don’t feel cheated, I feel great, satisfied and ready for more tomorrow. So far it’s easssyyy.

OK!! So I’m down to four weeks now. I’m going to plan my diet weekly and stick to it as best as I can. Come May 2nd I want to be really proud of myself and take progress pics with a smile. I’m really hoping for the poundage loss, too. I’ve lost a couple this past month, but I know I could have done way better with my diet. I think the couple pounds that I lost were in the alst couple weeks because I was more strict on my diet. So I’m going to go week by week with my diet… I may even try carb cycling for the last 3 weeks after my trainer and I assess my progress after this week. My diet is still the 1300/1500 periodization split. For my training I’m kicking up my cardio, I’m really going to try to do as many intervals as I can, except after leg days. My routine will pretty much be the same, I’m going to add 5-10 min. to my usual cardio. I’m just going to try to go day by day with the training so I can be more focused in the gym. I kicked off my week yesterday with a bomb.com stepmill interval cardio sesh. I did 20 min. stepmill interval, then 15 min. elliptical, then back to 10 min. stepmill. I think at this point I have everything I need to succeed. I have my diet in check and already made and planned for the WHOLE week, I have a couple like-minded friends for support, my training routine, a great trainer who I’m taking the TNT and BBC class with… and this site to help keep my mind right. I’m going to try to check in every night… every single night at least to say good bad eating.. blah blah blah. Hopefully the are all good. I have been doing soo good with temptation with food. I’m such a stress/depressed eater… but I have resisted the fast food and alchohol since my well-deserved last time I went out. My goal is to push drinking away as far as I can for now… that way the next time I do it I’ll look my best and feel my best while doing it at least and have fun. I’m pretty stoked I have to say… here goes 4 full weeks at my attempt to drop a few pounds and change my body comp for the better.

Hey! So this is going to be a short but sweet blog. Mostly a check in! This week I’ve ate the same thing, everyday following my 1300/1500 plan. I’m going to do it for another week and see how my weight is next Sat. and hopefully it’s down. If something is not working… I’m going to try carb cycling and see how my body likes it. I’m sticking to the weight training to a "T". Cardio is *great* … not AWESOME, great… so I’m going to kick that up too. It’s always such a conscious, daily effort to keep on my cardio! Geeez - but it’s all about the patience, persistence and determination that will get the results. This weekend I have my Bikini Boot Camp and will be relaxing for enjoying the sunshine if it’s out.

OK so it’s been a hell of a long time since I’ve written a blog. Usually when I get busy at work is when the blogging lacks since I do it here. Anyways, I think things are going pretty well! Last week and this week I’ve started to do my pre-made lunches again! I make 4 meals, 1 night a week… I’d usually do 5 but I’ve been super busy on the weekends. I even have all my snacks, breakfast and dinners planned out until Saturday! I’m all about cheap, clean eating. I’m only cooking for 1 person so it’s cheaper to cook all at once… and pass up on the restaurant lunches with my co-workers. I’m still doing my 1300/1500 periodization and I’ve mapped out all my calories pretty damn close to what’s on my menu for the rest of the week. It took like 45 minutes to crunch out all the numbers and calculate the cals but I think it was worth it… cause the rest of my week is a no-brainer as to what to eat… how much, etc. I cheated last weekend… and I have another cheat planned this weekend so after eating super clean for 6 days straight I think it’s due. Monday was a great food/gym day… yesterday was a great gym/food day … and today will be too! I’m really going to try to just take it all day by day and tackle it as hard as I can and not push anything to another day. The time is now to do my best every single day until my Mini-Goal completion. I have 31 days left to kick some a$$ before my next prog pic. I’ve lost a couple pounds but still have so much more to go.
