Wednesday, March 4th, 2009Yesterday was a great eating day. Did my scheduled 45 min. of cardio after work, too. Went grocery shopping and got all my staples! Today is good so far, need to catch up on water though. Tonight will be back/biceps/abs again, followed by 30 min. of cardio. I also have homework prior to BBC this weekend! I’m logging everything I’m doing these next three days. I used to do this last year when I started training.. well, I’m busting out the binder again and going to start up. It really helped me! I’ve already printed out all my logs for the work outs, just need to fill them in at the gym. I already have my eating planned for the whole day, too.
